Analog & Instant

Growing Moss was inspired by a couple important changes/revelations in my life. I had just taken a huge risk by moving into a beautiful, old Victorian home and cut contact with someone who had never been good for me but that I dealt with so I didn't have to face the lifetime of traumatic memories I knew were in store for me.

That change led to living a whole new life full of freedom beyond my wildest imagination. Part of that new freedom was literally building my new recording studio from scratch but it also entailed having to deal with the haunting memories of what I left behind. The photos I took during this time are a reflection of how I saw the world during this exciting yet uncertain time.
