On a Label

In December, 2024 I started Second Story Records as a sort of umbrella label for the current pseudonyms/artist names I work under. Right now its purpose is to be a common place to get updates for all music related to both The Darph and Midori Moss.

In the future I hope to collaborate with other artists, work together, have them join the label, and work toward helping each other promote our music to audiences who might like it if they enjoy it. It would be great to work with other labels on joint projects as well. It’s always great when artists come together to share their work and grow their audiences.

For now, however, it’s just my artist names and will be a place for anyone interested to see what the latest release is, what’s coming in the future, and more. Right now the site is very barebones and even when it’s finished it will continue to be very simple because all it needs to do is provide links to the artists on the label, discographies for the artists, and news. The idea is to promote the artists on the label, not keep your attention on the label itself.

So in the future if you see posts from or references to Second Story Records that’s just the label that The Darph and Midori Moss are releasing records under.
